Four calm steps. No frying, no syrup, no mystery.

  1. Picked ripe

Fruit and veg are harvested when flavour is at its best, then washed and sliced.

  2. Frozen fast

Everything is frozen quickly to around minus 40°C, locking the shape in place.

  3. Ice to vapour

In a vacuum the ice turns straight into vapour and drifts away. Scientists call it sublimation.

  4. Sealed tight

What is left is light, crisp and dry. Sealed away from air and moisture, it keeps for a long time.
